Cycling, triumphant start to the season for the Club Ciclo Appenninico 1907

Florence, 24 February 2025 - A triumphant start to the season for the Club Ciclo Appenninico 1907 of Borgo San Lorenzo. In Rosignano Solvay, in the Tuscan mountain bike championships XCE and XCC, the young riders in the red and white jerseys obtained an incredible seven titles in an extraordinary day, which rewards the skill of the athletes, their sacrifice, preparation and the winning mentality expressed. Ilary Ceccarelli, a rookie in the 1st year, and Daniel Sani, a 2nd year student, won two titles each, in the Cross Country Eliminator and in the Short Track, while the 1st year student Daniele Fabbri and the juniors Leonardo Poggiali and Matteo Braccesi also wore the regional champion jersey. Naturally, the president of the Mugello company founded in 1907, Tommaso Quartani, and his collaborators are very happy for this overwhelming start to the season, also because the company looks with particular interest to off-road racing as its main objective. In the 2025 program, the Club Ciclo Appenninico will not lack organizational commitments on the road and in MTB, thanks also to the collaboration guaranteed by various companies that have long been close to this beautiful reality of Tuscan cycling in its 118th year since its foundation, which has intensified and developed its commitment to multi-discipline as President Quartani likes, and these 7 titles just won are a notable boost.
