End of life, the speakers do not present the text. Opposition accuses: "Split majority"

The rapporteurs of the bill on end-of-life Pierantonio Zanettin (FI) and Ignazio Zullo (FdI) do not present the unified text on end-of-life, contrary to what was announced last week and there is a clash in the restricted committee of the Social Affairs commission of Palazzo Madama.

"The majority is divided, they don't want to get into the merits of any issue. They're just trying to waste time, so what are we doing here? Being made fun of?", says PD senator Alfredo Bazoli, abandoning the work of the restricted committee.

Ilaria Cucchi of Avs also left the Committee. "We abandoned the work because the right is making fun of Parliament," she explains.
