Ministry of Health: Fake emails circulating to keep the electronic health record active

Do not click on the links contained within, they induce victims to provide personal and financial data

Fake emails claiming to be from the Ministry of Health are circulating "to trick victims into providing personal and financial information under the pretext of maintaining access to their electronic health records. These are not official communications. Through the sending of fraudulent emails, users are encouraged to click on a link that takes them to a web page where they are asked to enter a code contained in the email and then to enter their personal information and payment card details," the Ministry of Health states on its website. The ministry urges "not to click on the links contained within, not to provide personal information, and to delete the message immediately."
