Second adjustment: €277 million to strengthen strategic sectors in Friuli Venezia Giulia.

"The autumn budget, which we will submit to the Council for consideration next week, has a total value of €277 million and is designed to address the strategic sectors of our region. It provides significant resources to meet the liquidity needs of our businesses, the safety of the regional school system, and the improvement of the road and traffic network. Specifically, for this budget, we can utilize resources derived from tax revenues linked to state adjustments. This is a sign that the Friuli Venezia Giulia economy continues to perform well." This was stated today in the Regional Council by Finance Councilor Barbara Zilli during the First Committee meeting. "In particular," Zilli emphasized, "we have strengthened the lines of action that are essential to the economic development of Friuli Venezia Giulia and fundamental to the well-being of our citizens: revolving funds, consortia, the safety of our schools, roads, healthcare, and families."
"Thanks to thorough budget planning," the councilor explained, "the regional administration is able to carefully assess real needs and potential emergencies in order to respond pragmatically." "Economic development and social cohesion," Fedriga added in conclusion, "are key levers for a Friuli Venezia Giulia that continues to grow year after year." Among the most significant items—including the amendments approved by the council—are a total of €80 million for revolving funds for economic activities and agriculture; €10 million for agricultural tenders; €87 million for healthcare; €22.5 million for school safety; €10 million for the Civil Protection emergency fund; €7 million for the integrated water service (Ausir); €6 million for micro-enterprises and SMEs through the Technical and Tertiary Assistance Center; €5 million for fuel discounts; Four million for the Cosef and Cosint Consortia; three million for advance payments on fees and funds for nursery schools; two.4 million for paving municipal roads; and nearly two million for road maintenance and bridge safety.
