What are the five most requested jobs in Milan?

Lombardy is the first region in Italy for the number of job offers. In 2024 alone, 100 thousand were published, a high number if compared to other areas even if it is down 9% compared to the previous year.

These are the data released by the 2024 Job Market Observatory of InfoJobs. In total, 29% of the total offers in Italy are in Lombardy, followed by Emilia-Romagna and Veneto. Not surprisingly, Milan is the leader, ahead of Brescia and Bergamo.

The most requested professions

Production, logistics and accounting are the three sectors where it is easiest to find a job. In particular, in Lombardy last year the professional categories that have been found are workers (30% of job offers), administration (10%) and the purchasing sector (9.8%).

But what are the five most sought-after professions in Milan and the Region? In first place are warehouse workers followed by salespeople. Third place for accountants, followed by mechanical technical clerks and back office workers.
