The fourth installment of the scrappage agreement expires next Friday
A new deadline is coming for taxpayers who are up to date with previous payments of the scrapping-fourth. February 28, 2025, next Friday, is the deadline for paying the next installment of the facilitated definition of tax bills.
In consideration of the additional 5 days of tolerance granted by law, payments made by March 5, 2025 will still be considered timely. This was communicated by the Revenue Agency. To pay, you must use the forms attached to the communication sent by the Revenue Agency-Riscossione, also available in copy at www.agenziaentrateriscossione.gov.it.
In the event of non-payment, or if it is made after the deadline or for partial amounts, the law provides for the loss of the benefits of the Simplified Definition and the amounts already paid will be considered as an advance on the amounts due. In this regard, it is specified that, for payment plans in compliance with the payments of the installments due up to December 31, 2024, taxpayers, in order not to lose the benefits of the simplified definition, must continue to respect the deadlines indicated in the communications of the amounts due already in their possession, starting, in fact, from the next installment of February 28.
This is because, for these plans, the provisions of the readmission to the "Rottamazione-quater" provided for by law no. 15/2025, converting the Milleproroghe decree (DL no. 202/2024), do not apply.
You can pay at banks, post offices, tobacconists and betting shops, at enabled ATMs, using the telematic channels of banks, Poste Italiane and all other Payment Service Providers (PSP) participating in the pagoPa node, on the website www.agenziaentrateriscossione.gov.it or with the Equiclick App. You can also pay directly at the Agenzia delle Entrate-Riscossione counters by booking an appointment.
Taxpayers who need to retrieve the Communication of sums due and the payment forms can always download a copy directly from the reserved area of the website www.agenziaentrateriscossione.gov.it or receive them via e-mail by sending a request from the public area, without the need for access credentials, attaching an identification document. The Agenzia delle Entrate-Riscossione website also offers ContiTu, the service that allows you to choose to pay only some of the notices/bills contained in the Communication of sums due in a facilitated manner.
