She takes the wallet out of the victim's jacket, but the soldiers see her

She managed, in the blink of an eye, to steal the wallet from her victim's coat. But she didn't realize that two steps away from her the army soldiers were watching her. A 33-year-old woman of Peruvian origin with a criminal record was arrested in Milan. The charge is theft by sleight of hand.
The incident occurred a few minutes before 9 p.m. on Monday in Largo Cairoli. The 33-year-old slowly approached her victim, taking his wallet from his coat pocket and then walking away.
The woman, however, was caught red-handed by the army soldiers operating in that area and was stopped. At that point the police were alerted and the Upg patrol car accompanied the 33-year-old to the security cells of the Milan police headquarters.
