Big Brother, what happened on February 24: Iago eliminated, Shaila's dissing of Helena

Yesterday's episode of Big Brother , Monday 24 February 2025, was full of emotions. There is about a month left until the end of this edition of the reality show (there is no official date yet but Alfonso Signorini spoke of a generic end of March) and the circle is closing in on the possible finalists. Among the veterans of the program, who entered last September, fatigue, after 5 months under the eye of the cameras, is starting to be felt, especially due to the difficulty of always finding new dynamics between people who now know each other.

Arguments, surprises but above all the choice of a new finalist and a new eliminated were the ingredients of the February 24 episode of Big Brother. At the center of the discussions was the former Miss Italy Zeudi accused of having entered having studied all the dynamics of the previous Big Brother . In particular, Helena, with whom she had a brief flirt in recent weeks, told her that: "She ate bread and GF, she still doesn't know what she wants from life". Beatrice Luzzi defended the girl from the studio: "I would like to point out that she is only 23 years old" adding that in her opinion her having backed out with Javier helped Helena to move forward in the program. According to Maria Teresa Ruta Helena approached Zeudi as Dayane Mello had done with Rosalinda in 2020. For Helena, Zeudi had studied this dynamic but the girl defended herself by saying that in that year she had her final exams and did not watch the program. Too bad that then Alfonso Signorini showed her a comment of his on a post from that year and precisely on the couple in question.

During the episode there were also some emotional moments such as Maria Teresa Ruta who saw her daughter Guenda again, with Signorini who explained how the competitor was supposed to enter in October but gave up to be with her daughter and grandson who had a small health problem. Tommaso instead spoke with his grandmother who was in video connection.

At the end of the episode there were the inevitable nominations and 5 women ended up in the televoting: Amanda, Chiara, Helena, Maria Teresa and Zeudi, one of them will leave on Thursday evening.

During the episode of Big Brother on Monday, February 24, the outcome of the televoting was revealed. The audience, including Chiara Cainelli, Mattia Fumagalli, Iago García, Shaila Gatta and Luca "Giglio" Giglioli, decided to eliminate the Spanish actor Iago with 17.63% of the votes. But, looking at the percentages, it is clear that it was a very hard-fought televoting in which everyone risked being eliminated. In fact, Chiara obtained 23%, Giglio 20%, Mattia 19.6%, Shaila 19.3%.

Before leaving the house there was a chance to talk about the growing understanding between Iago and Stefania Orlando . Both talk about a friendship and a mental understanding, but, thanks to a game between the tenants, there was also a kiss between the two. Stefania stressed that she has no interest in the actor, because otherwise she would have tried, according to her Iago is looking for a woman to build a family, while she is still tied to her ex-husband, Simone, with whom she broke up after her participation in GF Vip a few years ago. Iago also had an argument with Jessica Morlacchi, accused of doing nothing but sleeping and playing briscola.

During yesterday's episode of Big Brother the second finalist was chosen through a flash televote. Alfonso Signorini asked the men to each nominate a woman to send to the televote, naturally Lorenzo voted for Shaila, Tommaso Mariavittoria and Javier Helena, the latter in the end obtained the most votes also chosen by Mattia and Federico.

The women then discovered Helena's choice and she had to start a chain to decide the other three tenants who would challenge her. Helena chose Amanda, who named Stefania who decided to nominate Jessica. In the flash televote, surprising everyone including Signorini, Jessica beat Helena becoming the second finalist together with Lorenzo. Jessica obtained 57.18% in the televote against Helena's 39.81%, lower results for Amanda and Stefania. According to Luca Calvani in a flash televote the fanbases prevail and this disadvantaged Helena.

The rivalry between Shaila and Helena also animated yesterday's episode of Big Brother , Monday, February 24. In recent days, the former showgirl wrote and sang in the confessional a diss against Helena that, naturally, Signorini made the interested party listen to.

"There's a fan out in the garden who copies me every day. She's still feeling the pinch of not being the first, vulgar and a little vulgar, don't get jealous if Lorenzo caresses me. A real diva never praises herself, are you afraid princess?" These are the words of Shaila's dissing to Helena. Alfonso Signorini then asked Shaila why she often addresses Helena calling her seven eight . The dancer said it's related to the dance steps, but according to the host it's a reference to the Neapolitan grimace after 78 corresponds to the girl of easy virtue. "I'm not crying scandal because Helena had done the same with Jessica, but don't take me for an idiot" commented the host. Helena didn't have any particular reactions to the whole dissing, she simply reiterated that the jealousy towards Lorenzo is only in Shaila's head.
