45 years later, Tobagi's commemoration at the Corriere​

It is a commemoration that is always the same but always different, that of Walter Tobagi. Because deep down he himself was like that, eclectic. Always faithful to the rigor of every line with which he informed the readers of the Corriere on the hot topics that tormented Italy during the years of lead (terrorism, politics, trade union representation) but with more than one note in his score.​

​And so, 45 years after that 28 May 1980 when he was killed by fire from terrorists from the XVIII Marzo Brigade , the passages from a news article with which the deputy director of the Corriere Venanzio Postiglione wanted to inaugurate the editorial staff's embrace of the great journalist in front of the bust dedicated to him, next to his son Luca, the RSU delegates and Margherita Micconi, daughter of Luciano , the historic editorial secretary who passed away in 2021 at the age of 98 and who was the first to break the news of Tobagi's killing in the Albertini room, are useful.
