++ Pioltello train disaster, former RFI CEO Gentile acquitted ++

Former CEO of Rete acquitted Italian railway, Maurizio Gentile, among the defendants in the trial on the train disaster in Pioltello, in the Milan area, in which on 25 January 2018, following the derailment of the Cremona-Milan Porta Garibaldi regional train, three died women and over 200 people were injured or suffered trauma psychological. At the centre of the proceedings are the accusations of disaster railway negligence, manslaughter and negligent injury and "omission "malicious failure to take precautions against accidents at work".
