'Ndrangheta, 22 arrests between Catanzaro, Monza and Arezzo

Twenty-two arrests for mafia association of the 'ndrangheta type, from Calabria to Lombardy, in the province of Monza Brianza, to Tuscany, to Arezzo.

The Carabinieri of the Provincial Command of Catanzaro, have executed a precautionary measure issued by the investigating judge at the Court of Catanzaro, at the request of the DDA, against 22 suspects. This involves 12 arrests in prison and 10 under house arrest with an electronic bracelet.

The crimes alleged against the group are, to varying degrees, 'ndrangheta-type association, criminal association, multiple crimes against the person and property, also aggravated by mafia-like purposes and/or methods.

The proceedings are currently in the preliminary investigation phase.
