Who will succeed Alexander Jefferson Cepeda? A few weeks after a Tour de France crushed by Tadej Pogacar and before the start of the Vuelta, the riders are back in the saddle to participate in the 37th edition of the Tour de l'Ain between Wednesday, August 6 and Saturday, August 8.

French cycling prodigy Paul Seixas , who was ill, was unable to take part in this race, but Jordan Jegat, David Gaudu and Belgian Cian Uijtdebroek will take part in these three stages, which will alternate between hilly and mountainous routes, with the legendary Col de Menthières (7% over 9.1 kilometres) and Col du Grand Colombier (7.9% over 15.3 kilometres) in their sights, returning to the Tour de l'Ain for the first time in five years.

The Tour de l'Ain will be broadcast in its entirety on Eurosport from this Wednesday, August 6th, to Saturday, August 8th. Stage 1 will be at 4:15 p.m., stage 2 at 4:45 p.m., and stage 3 at 4:45 p.m.
