Top 14: Stade Toulousain already in great shape, the ranking
The Top 14 resumed its rights this weekend with the very first day of the Top 14. New season, new squads, but still the same favorites. Stade Toulousain, French champions again in a crazy final against Bordeaux last year, got off to a perfect start this Sunday by winning on the Clermont pitch and will, without a doubt, once again be the team to beat. In a match that initially seemed easy, the Bordeaux team struggled late in the match against La Rochelle, ultimately giving them the defensive bonus point. LOU made a strong impression against Racing and are also the first leaders of this French rugby championship. In other results of the day, we will highlight the already very valuable victory of Toulon on the pitch of Montpellier and that of Stade Français against the promoted Montauban.
