There were 300 athletes on the starting line at the Tour Royale: here are the results of the swimrun in Toulon

In this fun sport that combines running and swimming, the Toulon Triathlon event organized this Sunday morning in Toulon is attracting more and more outdoor sports enthusiasts. Whether solo or in pairs, for a challenge or for discovery, the panoramic view and the coastal path route add an extra touch of soul to all these enthusiasts.
This swimrun offered three courses that brought together around three hundred athletes. The M format (Olympic distance) of 20,120 meters, the "S" (9,042 meters) and the XS discovery format (2,832 meters running and 790 meters swimming) organized from the Royal Tower for a course on the beaches of Mourillon, the coastal path and Cap Brun allowed athletes and enthusiasts to compete against international level opponents or to challenge themselves with family, friends or alone.
Thomas Hustache: "This is the third time I've won this race, and it's always been a duel with Robin. I've taken the lead in the running segments, but each time he's come back to me in the water." Robin Blanchard: "It's a great, fast-moving course. I'm well positioned in the water, but you have to get going again on foot. There are two stair climbs that really break your legs."
Format S: the premiere of the carqueiranise Lison BaraleLison Barale: "I'm discovering the discipline today. It's a great course. I kept up with the boys. I came out of the water very well, but I had a hard time on foot. I tripped on the stairs."
