Tennis. Ugo Humbert injured in the hand and will withdraw from Hamburg, ten days before Roland Garros

The nightmare continues for Ugo Humbert . The Lorraine native injured his right hand after a fall in his hotel room at the beginning of April, and has still not recovered, forcing him to withdraw from the ATP 500 in Hamburg (May 18-24), according to a report from L' Equipe .
The French No. 2 and world number 22 player retired against his compatriot Corentin Moutet in the second round of the Masters 1000 in Rome, explaining that "it's too complicated to play high-level matches when you're not at 100%."
This is all the more bad news as his withdrawal comes ten days before the start of Roland Garros. But while his team has rested him, they are confident about his participation in the Parisian Grand Slam.
