Saint-Raphaël Var handball officially qualified for the European Cup

The uncertainty after the final matchday of the championship, played on June 7, is (finally) over. Having finished in fifth place, the Raphaëlois received confirmation today that they will participate in the European League. They will begin their continental campaign in the qualifying round with a home-and-away match on August 30 or 31 and September 6 or 7. The draw will take place on Tuesday, July 15.
SRVHB's last participation at this level dates back to the 2018-2019 season, where they lost in the quarter-finals against FC Porto.
The Var club's best result remains a memorable final against Füchse Berlin (lost 25-28), during the Final Four in Magdeburg (Germany) in 2018.
