PSG-Arsenal: Ticket prices for the Champions League semi-final second leg soar

The Champions League semi-final second leg between PSG and Arsenal seems out of reach for those who want to attend the Parc des Princes on Wednesday, May 7. But you still have to be able to afford the precious ticket. A quarter-corner seat in the Borelli stand at the Parc des Princes is being resold for €520 on the Ticketplace website, consulted by franceinfo. This was the minimum price posted on Friday, May 2. A similar seat in the same category, but this time on the pitchside in the Borelli stand, costs €5,900, with a booking fee of €900. Another example: €1,600 is required for the Borelli stand, in the front row, behind the away players' bench. These tickets are priced at a premium because they are rare, but also because the platform sets no upper limit. Resellers set their own prices, and the club takes a 20% cut of the sale.

Speculation is the same on the black market, as it is for Imrane, who buys and resells tickets occasionally. "I bought a ticket for 450 euros and resold it for 500 euros," he confesses to Radio France. A relatively modest margin, but still a profit for him. Other resellers, like "Porunga Dbz" on social media, go further, with tickets purchased for 110 euros, resold for 400 euros, and up to 3,000 euros for a VIP seat.
