Isack Hadjar on the podium, his salary is (very) far from that of other drivers

The Formula 1 season is in full swing, and we're already in the second and final half of the 2025 calendar. After the round in the Netherlands, Oscar Piastri looks set to win his first world championship title, especially after Lando Norris's retirement. But this GP was especially notable for Isack Hadjar's first career podium finish after just 15 races.
Three French drivers are on the starting grid this year with Esteban Ocon at Haas who seems to be very comfortable with the structure, Pierre Gasly at Alpine and in the tough and therefore the new kid, the vice world champion F2 2024, Isack Hadjar at Racing Bulls, the little sister of the Red Bull team.
And despite some pretty crazy performances since the start of the year, quite logically, the Frenchman has the least lucrative contract in the F1 world, a far cry from the 75 million a year of Max Verstappen or the 60 million of seven-time world champion Lewis Hamilton.

With a one-year contract for the moment, Isack Hadjar will still receive around 800,000 euros per year, or around 66,000 euros per month. These figures are only estimates because, with certain bonuses, his salary could reach a little over one million euros per year, or around 100,000 euros per month. This salary remains substantial, even if Pierre Gasly and Estaban Ocon, his two compatriots, receive respectively 10 and 6 million euros per year.
Rookie Isack Hadjar, who is highly regarded within the Red Bull family, has proven himself quickly and is extremely fast. And just above him is Max Verstappen's Red Bull, which will have a brand-new teammate next year. If his performances continue to be there, a promotion could be possible, especially since Yuki Tsunoda, the current Red Bull driver, is not up to scratch.
