Historic Monte-Carlo Rally: Registration is open... and there are changes

An unmissable event for rally enthusiasts, the Rallye Monte-Carlo Historique will take place this year from January 29 to February 7, 2026.
Crews wishing to participate in this 28th edition can register from now until November 3, 2025.
To this end, the Automobile Club of Monaco is setting up a new online registration platform on its website.
To facilitate the procedure, a video tutorial is available on the official ACM website (under "rally events" then "Rallye Monte-Carlo Historique") to guide each competitor step by step in putting together their file.
Participants are invited to create their account by providing the identity of the pilot and co-pilot.
Once in their account space, they will then be able to find their registration, their car and the registered driver/co-driver duo.
The main features of the 2026 vintageThis 2026 edition will mark a real turning point, warns the Automobile Club of Monaco.
The races will start from six iconic European cities: John O'Groats (Scotland) will open the race on Thursday, January 29, while on Sunday, February 1, competitors will set off from Bad Homburg (Germany), Barcelona (Spain), Turin (Italy), Monte Carlo and finally Reims (France).
The route has been completely redesigned and will feature several regularity special stages held on closed roads, guaranteeing greater safety and authenticity.
The list of eligible vehicles is also expanding, as it now includes all models that took part in editions of the Monte-Carlo Rally between 1911 and 1986.
Three distinct averages will be offered with a specific ranking for each, thus offering a challenge adapted to all crew profiles.
Wearing a CE-approved helmet will be mandatory on closed sections, and the registration fees will now include the traditional Gala evening, a real moment of sharing and conviviality.
