There's excitement in the air around Port Vauban. More specifically, at Pré-des-Pêcheurs, with the 60th Antibes Côte d'Azur Rally being held, organized by the ASA Antibes, led by President Gilbert Giraud.

A great opportunity to admire the racing cars of the French championship, as well as the historic VHC vehicles, which always make a splash. "There will be plenty of entertainment, and the public will be able to see the drivers and their cars up close. And all for free, of course! It's an event open to the general public in our city of Antibes."

Starting today (2 p.m.), they'll be on display in the starting village, which also features a shop and various stalls. At 5 p.m., the cars will undergo inspections before the start. The public will then have the opportunity to wander among the vehicles until Sunday (from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.).

Delecour, Béguin present!

One of the highlights will take place on Friday at 2 p.m., with the start of the historic European rally, followed by the start ceremony at 6 p.m. with musical entertainment and a parade of cars.

Saturday is an important day with the start of the various rallies, starting at 7:30 a.m. from Pré-aux-Pêcheurs… and at 5:30 p.m., on the podium, the presentation of the drivers and their cars. Those who won the Antibes Rally, like François "freine tard" Delecour, Bernard Béguin, etc.

Legends (twenty-three cars and sixteen drivers) that will bring back many fond memories for fans of the asphalt-eaters. Then, starting at 9 p.m., the arrivals and podium of the historic European rally.

Finally, on Sunday at 10 a.m., the winning cars of the Antibes Rally will parade through Place De Gaulle to the small pine forest of Juan-les-Pins. At 5 p.m., the French championship awards ceremony will take place, followed at 8 p.m. by a big party at Pré-des-Pêcheurs, an opportunity to rub shoulders with the drivers in a relaxed atmosphere.
