Critérium du Dauphiné: the route and profile of the second stage from Prémilhat to Issoire

The riders will still have their work cut out for them this Monday, June 9, during the second stage of the Critérium du Dauphiné, which will run from Prémilhat to Issoire. The 204.6-km course features numerous climbs, but they're not particularly difficult to tackle.
By Le ParisienAfter a first stage of the Critérium du Dauphiné already marked by the ascent of numerous hills and the victory of Tadej Pogacar, the riders are not ready to rest with a new hilly course for this second stage on June 9, 2025. Jonas Vingegaard and company will leave Prémilhat at 12:20 p.m., and will arrive in Issoire around 4:59 p.m.
To get from Allier to Puy-de-Dôme, the runners will have to overcome several hills. A course strewn with pitfalls that should appeal to adventurers and punchers. Participants should arrive at the Côte de la Font Nanaud between 1:05 p.m. and 1:10 p.m., an hour's respite after the start from Prémilhat.
Departure time > 12:20 p.m.; estimated arrival time > 4:59 p.m.
On the program, several hills to cross, starting with that of Font Nanaud (3.5 km at 4.6%), then that of Saint-Priest-des-Champs (1.3 km at 5%), Rivauds (3.5 km at 4.8%), Saint Jacques d'Ambur (3 km, 5.1%), Château de Buron (3.3 km at 6.9%, and to finish this day it will be the Côte de Nonette (1.8 km at 5.7%). Most are category 3 or 4.
