Beaten (3-2) by Dunkirk after leading 2-0, Brest wasted an opportunity to play the first semi-final of the Coupe de France in its history, the "biggest disappointment" of its coach Eric Roy.

It's "a huge disappointment. I think it's the biggest disappointment since I've been here in Brest," the coach confided after the match. "Compared to the scenario, it's still pretty incredible to concede 3 goals from 3 set pieces at the end of the match. When in addition, we had the ball for 3-0 with the post of" Ludovic Ajorque (60th), a few moments after the goal for 2-0 and five minutes before the goal for 2-1 which revived the Northerners. "But hey, football is sometimes cruel," he added.

"It's difficult to analyse (...) Conceding these 3 goals from 3 set pieces is difficult to understand and it's difficult to digest, of course," the Finistériens coach still acknowledged. "There are things, sometimes, that are a little bit outside of any (rationality). But hey, it happened tonight and if it happened tonight, we certainly didn't do everything right," he conceded.
