François Bayrou will speak at the former residence of one of the fathers of Christian democracy, Marc Sangnier, on Tuesday, August 26, for the CFDT union's return to work. The union, which was scheduled to host the Prime Minister in Paris, has relocated the meeting to Essonne to avoid protests.

The meeting is being held at the Château de Bierville (Essonne), the former property of Christian Democrat Marc Sangnier (1873-1950), which the union inherited. The CFDT has decided to relocate the meeting, initially scheduled to take place at the Bourse du Travail in Paris, to avoid potential protests.
