Guénange. Health and Service Center: A New Argument to Attract Caregivers

Its majestic linden and plane trees have heard hundreds of children's laughter, but for three years, the Saint-Matthieu school complex has been a wasteland. It won't remain so. The main building has been sold to the social housing company Vivest, which will develop 27 housing units for 18- to 30-year-olds (read more). And then there's the old kindergarten building.
"It's the end of 2022, the beginning of 2023. We've lost two doctors in two years and put in place a financial incentive to welcome new ones . We've had the possibility of a health and service center studied. In the end, this building made sense," recalls Mayor Pierre Tacconi.
