At the head of a family group that develops connected objects, digital solutions, and supports projects in industry, the food industry, and events, Cathy Lang, originally from Forbach, has bought L'Eau Blinger , a liqueur invented by Gaëtan Oblinger and produced in Forbach. "We've known Gaëtan for a long time, and so has his product," says the entrepreneur. "When we learned he wanted to pass the baton, we didn't hesitate.
