It's a dinner prepared by great chefs, in an exceptional location, which combines gastronomy, wines, art and solidarity, all for a good cause. On September 10, the 3rd edition of Mercès Héra ("thank you very much in Gascon"), for the benefit of the Food Bank , will take place in the salons of Bordeaux City Hall.
This evening, initiated by two-Michelin-starred Stéphane Carrade, will bring together ten Bordeaux chefs and ten renowned châteaux, who will collaborate to create ten unique food and wine pairings with the goal of raising funds for the Bordeaux and Gironde Food Bank. In 2023, the organization distributed more than 4,100 tons of food to the most vulnerable.
Guests will be able to wander and dine in the various lounges from 7:30 p.m. for the sum of 130 euros per person. Registration is already open on Helloasso.com .
