Belfort: 42 Job Cuts at General Electric: Negotiations Continue Between Unions and Management
A few days ago, the social and economic committee (CSE) of General Electric's gas turbine production unit in the French region was informed of the upcoming local layoffs of 42 positions, as part of a European plan. Since then, an expert assessment of this plan has been requested and several negotiation meetings with management have been scheduled.
