Since the beginning of summer, the procedure for landlords requesting wage garnishment of unpaid rent has been simplified. Tenants will no longer be entitled to a conciliation hearing before a judge beforehand.
Yet another setback for tenants' rights. Since July 1 , wage garnishment for unpaid rent has been simplified, pursuant to a decree dated February 12. This new provision is part of the Ministry of Justice's 2023 framework and programming law.
