The Nice library's digital offerings are full of new features

Reading, music, films... The digital offerings available to readers of Nice's municipal libraries are expanding. Four new platforms have just been made available to subscribers, and a fifth will be available soon.

While the Louis Nucéra library, Nice's main library, remains closed to the public until December 13 for renovations, the Municipal Library with Regional Vocation (BMVR) network is expanding its range of free digital resources.

In addition, there is the "Scopalto" platform and its 150 cultural magazines, "Vive la culture" and its selections of works chosen by journalists around a current theme, or "Manga.io" with more than 300 series and thousands of manga volumes.

A final platform for watching movies, series and documentaries should arrive soon.

Press, books and music available for free

The catalog already included a number of services, including access to the platforms "Cafeyn" (with 1,600 press titles, including Nice-Matin), "Medi@theque" (with digital books and comics), "Musicme" (with 12 million music titles) and "Storyplay'r" (with more than 1,700 children's books for 3-15 year olds).

All these services are accessible on the network website to people with a library card.
