Mulhouse artist Pierre Friquet, aka PYARé, is offering a unique aquatic virtual reality experience all this week at the Forbach Olympic swimming pool. Using a headset, snorkel, and flotation belt, swimmers can immerse themselves in the marine world, swim with a whale, and even float in space. The artist has developed a unique concept with which he's traveling the planet.

The Forbach resident has just tested the immersive installation Spaced Out , in place at the Forbach Olympic swimming pool for the week. Equipped with a snorkel, a virtual reality mask, and a flotation belt, the user finds themselves immersed in a marine world, swimming in the middle of the ocean alongside a whale...
