A grand cabaret evening in Saint-Maximin to raise funds in the fight against cystic fibrosis

Gérald Ibanez and Alain Jacquet will host a charity gala evening to support cystic fibrosis on October 4th. The result of a year of hard work to raise as much money as possible for a good cause.

Why partner with the Grégory Lemarchal association?

Gérald: My daughter has cystic fibrosis, and when she was little, we were told she wouldn't see her sixth birthday. Today, she's 27, and I'm going to be a grandfather. Charities help improve the quality of care, the quality of life for families, and fund research. So we signed a contract with the Grégory Lemarchal association to help them.

What did you organize to get to this party?

In order to raise funds in preparation for this evening, to sustain the association in the long term and to create a network, we set up a lottery, we offered cabarets every Thursday at Casa Rita, which kindly lent us the hall, we also organized six cabarets there. We put on shows throughout the department, set up several wellness fairs in the region.

Is this evening a kind of apotheosis?

As the town's illuminated signs will indicate, on Saturday, October 4th, at the village hall, from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m., the goal will be to raise as much money as possible for the association. Throughout the evening, the meal will be accompanied by a multitude of artistic bubbles. Volunteer artists continue to join us to make this show something spectacular. We can already count on the presence of Franck, from Franky Folie's, as master of ceremonies; mentalist-magicians, Les Timeless and Sabrina Koum; singers Delphine Mailland, from The Voice, and Gérald; transformists Shalimar, Mash-Milou and Lady Cougar from Copyright, from the CFA Roger Para who will offer a parade of wedding dresses, makeup and hair.

And after?

Karaoke has already resumed, but will now take place on the first and third Fridays of each month, still at La Casa Rita. We will be hosting a lottery in January and a wellness fair.
