EL TIEMPO spoke with Alejandro Flores, regional director of sales and marketing for Latin America at Walt Disney World, who highlighted the importance of Colombia for the company. "This country is a super important market for us and very close to everything the Disney product represents, especially Walt Disney World Resort in Florida," he said.
Cynthia Douglas, also regional director of sales and marketing for Latin America, discussed the new features the company will bring to celebrate its upcoming anniversary. “ It's incredible how we're preparing everything related to this 70th anniversary , in addition to many activities and exclusive merchandise that visitors will be able to enjoy,” she added.
For example, Disney's California Adventure debuted a 70th anniversary show: the nighttime show World of Color – Happiness, which pays tribute to classic Disney characters, from the earliest to the most recent.
