Under the slogan "giving a voice to those who don't have one," such as homeless dogs, this technology serves as an excuse to draw attention and promote responsible pet adoption .
The robot was symbolically adopted by a local veterinary clinic to reinforce the message of animal protection and care, with a special focus on promoting responsible care and eradicating pet abuse.

The initiative's creator plans to enroll him as a rescuer with Civil Protection to perform tasks such as searching for people in landslides or disasters, using thermal cameras and advanced technology.
“The main objective of innovation should be to build better solutions for common problems. In that sense, animal welfare is an issue that is currently one of people's main concerns, but one that we sometimes don't know how to address. With 'Waldog,' we want to reach new generations, build community, and foster a culture of care and responsibility,” said Senator Fernández.
