Supercomputer predicts Premier League final and Liverpool's fate: the table

Leaders Liverpool took a major step towards reclaiming the Premier League title by winning 2-0 at Manchester City on Sunday at the close of matchday 26, with Colombian Luis Díaz in the lead role.
Arsenal's defeat in the derby against West Ham on Saturday was perfectly exploited by a Liverpool side that had a more comfortable game than expected at the Etihad Stadium , thanks once again to Mohamed Salah, who scored in the 14th minute and set up Dominik Szoboszlai 's goal in the 37th.

This Sunday's match can even be read as a symbolic transfer of the sceptre, between a Manchester City (fourth, with 44 points) that is clearly in decline and a Liverpool that is already 20 points ahead.
"It's a special win. Especially when you're chasing the title, this is unbelievable. We need another title in this team," Salah said. Liverpool fans in Manchester were already chanting "Champions, champions!" after collecting 63 points from 26 games.
Arsenal , with 53 points, have played a game less than Liverpool , but the eleven-point difference means that the trophy is slowly getting closer to the Anfield Road showcase.

On Monday, a supercomputer analysed the Premier League contenders' chances of winning the crown and named Liverpool as the final champion.
The supercomputer predicted that coach Arne Slot's team would be the champion and would reach 92 points. For now, they have 12 games left to add the 28 points they need to meet the prediction.
Arsenal would be second, 9 points behind the champions, and surprisingly, Manchester City and Bournemouth would take third and fourth place, respectively. With the last Champions League spot, if England achieves that fifth place for next season, it would go to Chelsea .

Manchester United 's position is surprising, as they are sixteenth, very close to the relegation zone occupied by Ipswich Town, Leicester City and Southampton.
