Fernando Alonso debuts the Aston Martin in Bahrain

The Aston Martin was presented on Sunday and on Monday the two drivers of the British team, Fernando Alonso and Lance Stroll, tested it in Bahrain, at the Sakhir circuit in the middle of the Arabian Peninsula desert. This is a pre-season training session that will take place from Wednesday 26th to Friday 28th on the same track. Formula 1 will start on March 16th in Melbourne (Australia), at the Albert Park circuit.
The first to test it was the Canadian Lance Stroll, the son of the team boss, and then it was the turn of the Asturian driver. It was a 'filming day', a day for publicity commitments, in which the International Federation (FIA) limits the time: 100 kilometres for each, about 18 laps per head of the Bahrain track.
This is the third such show in less than a week for Aston Martin. Last week, the car's livery and sponsorships were unveiled at the Formula 1 gala for the first time, with all the cars on the catwalk at London's O2 .
The second sample was the 1 minute and 17 second video, in which Aston Martin presented to the public its single- seater, with which it will compete in the 2025 season. Although the car will undergo modifications and technical innovations during the year.
And the third exhibition, although it was in private mode on the Sakhir circuit, was the laps on the asphalt of Stroll and Alonso at the controls of the so-called AMR25.
The British team has described the new car as more manageable, more stable and more predictable, with which its drivers will be able to feel more comfortable.
