F1 2025 calendar: all the dates, races and circuits of Formula 1

The 2025 Formula 1 season is about to get underway with the traditional pre-season tests at the Sakhir International Circuit in Bahrain . During this week, the ten teams will put their cars through their paces, fine-tuning every detail before the official start of the championship, scheduled for March 16 .
Unlike previous editions, the Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne will be in charge of opening the competition , displacing Bahrain, which will now occupy the fourth date of the calendar.
The second and third races have also been modified: China and Japan will replace Saudi Arabia and Australia, respectively. Saudi Arabia will now be the fifth round, taking the place of China in 2024.
In addition, the order of the Spanish and Canadian Grands Prix, as well as that of Belgium and Hungary, was reversed.
As for the South American presence on the calendar, the Brazilian Grand Prix at Interlagos will be the only event in the region and the closest for Argentine fans. The race in Sao Paulo will be held on November 9 and will include one of the six sprint races of the season, along with those in Shanghai, Miami, Spa-Francorchamps, Austin and Qatar.
The championship finale will maintain the same structure as in 2024: the Las Vegas Grand Prix will be held on November 22 , followed by the competition in Lusail (Qatar), and finally, on December 7 , the curtain will fall on the iconic Yas Marina circuit in Abu Dhabi.
With a revamped calendar and several date reconfigurations, F1 2025 promises thrills from the first green flag.

The 2025 Formula 1 season is coming with significant changes to the driver line-up . Although some teams decided to opt for continuity, several strategic moves shook up the transfer market and set the course for the new campaign.
One of the most notable changes was the arrival of Lewis Hamilton to Ferrari to accompany Charles Leclerc, which forced Carlos Sainz Jr. to seek new horizons. The Spaniard signed a contract with Williams until 2028 and will share a team with Alexander Albon.

Kick Sauber and Haas have opted for a complete renewal of their line-ups. The Swiss team has brought in Brazilian Gabriel Bortoleto, the 2024 Formula 2 champion, and Nico Hülkenberg, who arrives from Haas. For its part, the American team has opted for Oliver Bearman and Esteban Ocon, who left Alpine.
Ocon's departure forced Alpine to reorganise its structure: Pierre Gasly continues, but will now have Jack Doohan as his teammate, who was reserve driver for two seasons. His place as third driver is occupied by the Argentinian Franco Colapinto , who remains linked to the French structure with a view to a possible future in the category.
Among the teams that kept their drivers are Aston Martin, with Fernando Alonso and Lance Stroll, and McLaren, which continues to trust Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri after winning the constructors' title in 2024.
