Alcaraz vs. Sinner: Schedule, TV channel, and where to watch the Wimbledon final online today.
Wimbledon closes its doors in style, with a top-level final. Number 1 and number 2 face off. Ice and fire in this duel between what has already become the Big 2 because no one else can match their excellence with the racquet in hand. Jannik Sinner makes his debut in a final at the Cathedral; Carlos Alcaraz is aiming for his third consecutive title. There's adrenaline, desire, unfinished business, and a duel of minimal differences in numbers and maximum in styles.
This is the thirteenth clash between the 23-year-old Italian and the 22-year-old Spaniard. The Murcian has eight wins, and the last five, and three for the Italian, which is the only previous encounter at this stage. But that was in 2022, and a lot has happened since then.

Like that Roland Garros final, just a month ago, in which Alcaraz recovered from three match points and two sets down, which gave him the key to overcoming anything. "Tennis is a very mental sport, and a five-and-a-half-hour match can change in a couple of points, so you have to be there the whole time, at 100 percent," commented the Murcian. Although he doesn't believe that memory will be decisive, and it won't appear in this final. "Sinner learns from difficult moments, and I know he'll come back stronger," he affirmed. The Italian also says he's no longer thinking about it. But we'll see.
Alcaraz could become the fifth player to win his third consecutive Wimbledon title, following Bjorn Borg (five between 1976 and 1980), Roger Federer (five between 2003 and 2007), Novak Djokovic (four between 2018 and 2022), and Pete Sampras (three between 1993 and 1995 and four between 1997 and 2000). He is also the third youngest to achieve the treble, after Boris Becker (1989, aged 21 years and 229 days) and Bjorn Borg (1978, aged 22 years and 32 days). El Palmar also has a full list of Grand Slam finals, as it has won five out of five matches: US Open 2022, Wimbledon 2023, Roland Garros 2024, Wimbledon 2024, Roland Garros 2025.
On the other side, Jannik Sinner is chasing his first crown at the Cathedral, and his first final here. After triumphing at the 2024 US Open and twice in Australia (2024 and 2025).
The Spaniard reached this final after struggling in his debut against Fabio Fognini (7-5, 6-7 (5), 7-5, 2-6 and 6-1), but getting into form from there on out against Oliver Tarvet (6-1, 6-4 and 6-4), Jan-Lennard Struff (6-1, 3-6, 6-3 and 6-4), Andrey Rublev (6-7 (5), 6-3, 6-4 and 6-4), Cameron Norrie (6-2, 6-3 and 6-3) and Taylor Fritz (6-4, 5-7, 6-3 and 7-6 (6)). Sinner was more confident at the start, although he had a major slip-up in the round of 16: 6-4, 6-3 and 6-0 against Luca Nardi; 6-1, 6-1 and 6-3 against Alexander Vukic; 6-1, 6-3, 6-1 over Pedro Martínez; 3-6, 5-7, 2-2 over Grigor Dimitrov (the Bulgarian retired with a torn pectoral muscle after leading two sets); 7-6 (2), 6-4, 6-4 over Shelton; and 6-3, 6-3, 6-4 over Djokovic.
For Alcaraz, it's 21 titles, the Italian has 19, and even in that respect, they've forged a parallel path, with as many similarities in numbers as differences in style. The Spaniard is cheerful and creative, the Italian's robotic and reliable. That's why, in addition to the tennis they play on the court, they've already generated this rivalry that has stuck with the younger generations. With the Big 3 increasingly blurred, without Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal, and with Novak Djokovic suffering the passage of time, tennis is relishing this new rivalry of such high caliber.
The match between Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner is scheduled for this Sunday, July 13, on Wimbledon's Centre Court. Kickoff is expected at 5:00 PM in Spain.
The match between Alcaraz and Sinner will be broadcast on Movistar+, the platform that holds the rights to the London Grand Slam. You can also follow the minute-by-minute coverage and all the tournament information on ABC.es.
