Three dogs rescued from animal abuse in the Álvaro Obregón borough (Video)

MEXICO CITY (apro).- Following reports of animal abuse, three dogs were rescued in the Corpus Christi neighborhood of the Álvaro Obregón borough by members of the Environmental and Territorial Planning Attorney's Office (PAOT) and the Animal Surveillance Brigade (BVA).
The operation was carried out after a video was released on X, showing how a man beats the dogs that were on the roof of a house.
