Former ANDIS head Diego Spagnuolo was located today at a home in the Buenos Aires district of Pilar, where the Buenos Aires City Police seized his cell phone as part of the investigation into the audio recording scandal involving alleged bribes, although he was not arrested.
Judicial sources told NA News Agency that Spagnuolo had recently moved to the area and was inside a Volkswagen Nivus when he was found by investigators who, on the orders of prosecutor Franco Picardi and Judge Sebastián Casanello, seized his cell phone for examination.
A computer and documentation were also seized, while last night the offices of ANDIS and Droguería Suizo Argentina were raided, where personnel from the Investigations and Cybercrime Superintendency of the City Police also seized material related to the purchase and bidding of pharmaceuticals.
