The Acroarte Award for Journalistic Merit will be broadcast on RTVD.

The Association of Art Journalists ( Acroarte ) and Dominican Radio and Television ( RTVD ) announced the national broadcast of the fourteenth edition of the 2025 Acroarte Award for Journalistic Merit . The ceremony will be broadcast live on Channel 4 this Monday at 8:00 p.m.

The event will be hosted by Víctor Gómez Casanova and Wendy Mora . This award , created in 2012, recognizes the work of journalists and communicators with years of experience in the country.

This year's ceremony will be dedicated to Dania Goris . Also recognized will be Máximo Jiménez (Santo Domingo), Jacqueline Contreras (New York branch), Marilyn Ventura (Santiago branch), and Juan Sánchez (Florida branch).

Wanda Sánchez , president of Acroarte , announced that this new edition is being produced with the support of RTVD . She thanked the state channel and its general director, Iván Ruiz, for their collaboration.

Ruiz noted that RTVD seeks to strengthen the dissemination of content related to national culture and social values , and highlighted Acroarte 's work in this regard.
