A ruling prohibits "à la carte" severance pay, which is intended to increase severance pay with extra money to avoid the current discrepancies.

Europe had demanded that Spain increase compensation to make it "adequate," with additional benefits based on whether they have children, are vulnerable, or have other personal circumstances. However, compensation will remain as it is now.
