The Las Dunas hotel in Estepona will be managed by Marriott through the Autograph Collection brand.

Tartales, the real estate subsidiary of Félix Revuelta, announced this morning the signing of a 20-year lease agreement with ACHM Hotels by Marriott, the hotel management company chaired by Antonio Catalán, for the management of the Las Dunas Grand Luxury Hotel, located in Estepona, Malaga. The hotel will be operated under the Autograph Collection brand.

Specifically, the 5-star establishment, which has been undergoing renovation and refurbishment since Wednesday, October 1, is scheduled to open to the public under the new brand on March 1, 2026.

With 50 luxury suites, Las Dunas offered spa services, a gym, a pool, and private parking, as well as a restaurant and bar with a beachfront terrace, along with function rooms and meeting and conference space.

In 2013, the Kiluva Group, owner of the Naturhouse chain of stores, purchased this hotel through its real estate company, Inmobiliaria Tartales, investing between €35 and €40 million, including the acquisition price, the hotel's modernization, and the implementation of new health services. In this context, the group created the Marbella-based company Healthouse to launch and operate a new business focused on health hotels.
