According to a report published by the National Commission for Regulatory Improvement (Conamer), the draft bill published by the federal government on June 3 would be repealed and would enter into force once it is published in the Official Gazette of the Federal Republic of Argentina (DOF). Pending confirmation of the measure in the Official Gazette of the Federation ( DOF ), Mexican exporters will no longer be required to request the automatic export notification, which is expected to apply for at least five tariff items and will take effect next Monday.
