Pemex has its lowest production in 15 years

In the first half of this year, Petróleos Mexicanos ( Pemex ) and its partners extracted the lowest amount of crude oil, excluding condensates, for a same period in the last 15 years , according to an analysis by the Mexican Institute for Competitiveness ( Imco ).
