Singer Juliana launches the podcast 'Flores de Primavera' to talk about mental health.

On May 7, the psychological services platform Selia Terapia Online and singer Juliana launched Flores de Primavera, a podcast "in which talking about processes becomes the best path to healing, growth, and flourishing," according to the announcement.
According to the company, this collaboration aims to normalize conversations about mental health and "bring visibility to what happens between great triumphs and setbacks." Flores de Primavera aims to "expand that emotional universe in a conversational format, guiding listeners through real stories, intimate interviews, and deep reflections."
The themes addressed in this project align with those of Juliana's new album, La Pista, where the artist explores issues such as anxiety, social pressure, and self-acceptance.
“Today I'm sharing some news that fills my heart with excitement, (nerves), and so much gratitude. Flores de Primavera, my first podcast, is available on all platforms. It's a beautiful project we created with Selia, where we wanted to create an incredible space,” Juliana announced to her followers on social media.

In the podcast sessions, which have a new episode every Wednesday, Juliana talks with various artists such as Fanny Lu, Carolina Gaitán, Carla Giraldo, Mario Ruiz, Endry Cardeño, and other singers, influencers, actresses, and presenters. In this space, they discuss their experiences in their personal and professional lives and how they managed to overcome obstacles.
The singer, in collaboration with Selia, and the guests will discuss success, but also grief, anxiety, motherhood, reinvention, pressure, creativity, loneliness, and rebirth.
“We wanted to create a space where flourishing also meant making mistakes, stopping, and starting over. Where emotions aren't judged, but embraced. And where mental health ceases to be a taboo topic and becomes as commonplace as breathing. I want you to see it now, and to remember that dreams, no matter how crazy and distant they may seem, do come true!” she adds.
According to the statement, Jaime Castro, co-founder of Selia Terapia Online, says, “Today, mental health is no longer a private or taboo topic but a collective priority. At Selia, we believe that talking about emotions is not only important, it's urgent. When someone listens to the podcast and identifies with it,
An episode doesn't just focus on emotion. It has room to go further." And he points out that the company's value proposition is "not just to inspire with stories, but to accompany with solutions."
