The US launches a new lethal attack on a drug ship off Venezuela on Trump's orders.

U.S. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth confirmed Friday that, at the direct direction of President Donald Trump, U.S. military forces carried out a lethal attack against a vessel linked to narco-terrorist organizations in international waters off the coast of Venezuela.
According to the official statement, four men were killed in the operation— identified as suspected narco-terrorists —while no casualties were reported among US forces. The ship, according to military intelligence, was carrying "substantial quantities of narcotics" bound for the United States.
“This won’t stop,” warns WashingtonIn a message posted on social media , Hegseth said the attack is in line with the Trump administration's "zero tolerance" policy against drug trafficking and organizations designated as terrorists.
" Our intelligence confirmed, without a doubt, that this vessel was smuggling narcotics, that the people on board were narco-terrorists, and that they were operating on a known drug trafficking route. These attacks will continue until the attacks against the American people cease," the official stated.
Images released by the secretary himself show a boat sailing with an unspecified cargo before being hit by an explosive, setting it and its occupants on fire.
Fourth attack in the regionAccording to Hegseth , this action represents the fourth attack against suspected narco-terrorist vessels in the U.S. Southern Command ( USSOUTHCOM ) area. The Pentagon has not specified the identities of the deceased or the exact amount of drugs they were transporting.
The incident raises tensions in the Caribbean , where Washington maintains active military operations against drug trafficking routes that it claims are connected to criminal organizations classified as terrorists.
