It's about time! Airline will fine passengers who stand before the plane comes to a complete stop.

Censored Aisle - A Turkish airline will begin fining passengers who leave their seats before the plane has come to a complete stop, because some apparently believe that landing means "get off quickly."
Rather than any particular airline, it was the Turkish aviation authorities who instructed all airlines to begin penalizing those anxious passengers who get up to collect their luggage before official instructions to do so.
This has been, since time immemorial, a constant complaint of frequent travelers: those people who, as soon as the plane's wheels touch the runway, stop as if they've just been told the end of a concert and have to run for their lives to catch the subway.
In Turkey, passengers who get out of their seats before the plane has stopped taxiing or crowd the aisle before it's their row's turn to deplane will now face ends. https://t.co/MmceADta7F

“ Passengers who fail to respect the disembarkation times and priorities will have to be reported to the authorities for an administrative fine in accordance with established regulations,” said Kemal Yüksek, director of Turkish civil aviation, after watching Midnight Express for the twentieth time in his life.
Stopping before the plane stops will now have consequences. The same Turkish authorities (with all due respect, no one is being rude) established that removing the seatbelt, standing up, or opening the compartments before the plane has come to a complete stop puts the entire crew at risk, and especially the ankles of the passenger in the back row.
Violators identified by the flight crew will have to pay a fine of 2,600 Turkish lira (about 67 US dollars) or spend time in one of Turkey's now notorious prisons, which, in addition to air discipline, offer prison cuisine and unsubtitled Turkish films.
