Forecast: Little change in temperature is expected for tomorrow and the storm warning continues

The heat is relentless. According to the weather forecast , high temperatures will continue at least until Tuesday in Mendoza . This Monday, the National Meteorological Service maintained an orange alert for extreme temperatures in Malargüe.

For Tuesday, the Directorate of Agriculture and Climate Contingencies indicates “variable cloudiness with little change in temperature and moderate winds from the South.”

The provincial agency also reported storms during the night. The maximum temperature will be around 36 degrees Celsius while the minimum will reach 24. Meanwhile, the National Meteorological Service maintains the yellow alert for storms in the South, East and Northeast of the province.

In the SMN early warning system, the color yellow indicates “possible meteorological phenomena with the capacity to cause damage and risk of momentary interruption of daily activities.”

Only on Wednesday will Mendoza residents and tourists have a break from the heat. The extended forecast for that day indicates “a drop in temperature, moderate winds from the south”. The maximum temperature is expected to reach 31 degrees.
