Aemet issues a special warning in Spain for heavy rains and flooding.

Spain is coming to an end a weekend marked by the Indian summer , with temperatures rising as high as 10 degrees in some places. After a few days of calm, the State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) has been forced to issue a special warning due to the "potentially dangerous" situation that has just reached the country.
The meteorological agency reports that the weather across the country is going to change radically. There will be "very heavy and persistent rains" that could lead to "possible flooding and flash floods" in several areas of the country. "A trough (a kind of tongue of cold air) in the middle and upper levels of the troposphere will cause increased instability . Along with the humid air, intense storms will form in the eastern and southern thirds of the Peninsula," it explains.
