Europe's diplomatic failure

There is outrage in Germany because America is negotiating a ceasefire in Ukraine with Russia alone. But that is no surprise: Europe has missed the opportunity to find diplomatic solutions. It is not yet too late for self-criticism - and a realistic strategy.
